Residential Value Plus Series Garage Door

Clopay's Value Plus garage doors feature two-layer construction (see illustration at left): (1) an outer skin of 25-gauge galvanized steel and (2) a 7/8" layer of polystyrene insulation board (R-value 5.6) that is backed with a plastic film for added protection and easy cleaning. The Value-Plus Series doors also include a corrosion-resistant aluminum weather-seal retainer, a U-shaped rubber weather seal that conforms to irregularly shaped floors, a leak-resistant shiplap joint, and heavy-duty steel step plates on the inside and outside of the door.

Design	Woodgrain Raised panel designs in Short, Long styles and Flush panels.

Construction	Insulated 2- layer construction. Up to 1 5/16" insulation combined with a steel outer skin. Insulation bonded to steel skin on select models.
