I was reluctant to call your company without a recommendation from someone I knew. However, I saw that the Better Business Bureau has no complaints logged against your company. So I took a chance and called. I am now glad that I did call Super Garage Doors. I had an old garage door with a broken spring. Your service tech, arrived on schedule and said that this spring is no longer made but that it could be retro-fitted with a newer style spring. He said the part needed to be ordered (I'm thinking oh no,this is going to be at least a week). However, he said that he would be back at the same time tomorrow with the new springs! Sure enough, he arrived and went right to work on the difficult repair.The door is now even and works as good as new. He even repaired the door sensor in just a few minutes for no charge. The promptness of service, quality of work, friendliness and reasonable rates have made me a loyal customer.

Showed up on time. Did the job as requested for the price as quoted. The repairman was pleasant, polite, courteous and cleaned up after the repair. I have used this company previously to replace a garage door spring approximately a year ago and this time to replace the garage door opener. I will call them again if I should require their services and would most definitely recommend them to anyone that may need to have similar repair work performed. Thumbs up!
